Why should I choose Med Mentors?
We provide the best medical school advising because we are a small team with dedicated advisors who have extensive medical school and residency admissions committee experience. Our advisors have been vetted and are the best of the best with editing and strategic advising. They have all been stellar applicants themselves and are at top programs. They have a strong attention to detail and are extremely passionate about helping you get amazing results.
Can I choose my advisor?
You can certainly include your request for an advisor and we will try our best to match you with them. However, it will be based on their availability.
How long is your turnaround time?
We have a 48-72 hour turnaround time excluding Sundays and major US holidays. Therefore, if you submit your essay to us on Friday at 5pm, we will have your essay back to you not later than Tuesday at 5pm. If you need a rush service (<24 hours), please purchase the additional rush fee.
What if I’m unhappy with my edit?
While we have never had a student who was unhappy with their results, we are committed to your satisfaction. All sales are final, but we are happy to discuss how to remedy the situation. Learn more about our Terms of Service.
